About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HSE Advisor to join our team at Manpower Australia. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in ensuring the health, safety, and environmental well-being of our clients and their employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HSE plans, policies, procedures, and strategies to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with project managers, stakeholders, and contractors to identify and mitigate risks associated with health, safety, and environmental aspects of the business.
  • Support sites in the development and implementation of emergency plans, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance and preparedness.
  • Monitor and onboard contractors to ensure adherence to the Sub-Contractor Management Procedure.
  • Participate in continuous improvement processes and problem-solving activities related to safety, health, environment, and sustainability.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in civil construction or a related field.
  • Experience working with mobile plant operations.
  • Certificate IV in Workplace Health and Safety.
  • Valid QLD Driver's license.
  • Valid industry White Card.

You should possess sound technical knowledge and process-oriented skills, with the ability to adapt to new systems easily. Strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as relationship management skills, are essential for this role.
