We are seeking an exceptional Team Leader to lead our library operations team. As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for guiding a dedicated team in delivering efficient and future-ready services to our community.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading the library operations team to ensure seamless delivery of services
  • Developing and implementing local studies, resource procurement, and data reporting strategies to drive excellence and accountability
  • Managing print and digital resources to meet the needs of our community members
  • Collaborating with library vendors to maintain good relations and achieve best value for library resources and services

This role requires a resourceful, forward-thinking professional with a passion for libraries and community engagement. You will need to have strong leadership skills, a sharp eye for detail, and a knack for strategic planning.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess:

  • A 4-year degree or degree and postgraduate qualification in Information Management or Librarianship as recognized by the Australian Library and Information Association (ALIA)
  • A driver's license
  • A Working with Children Check (WWCC)
