Job Title: Travel Coordination Specialist

Role Overview:

The Travel Coordination Specialist is responsible for providing administrative support to the Account Management department. This role involves creating relationships with airline, cruise line and hotel partners while learning the client's business and supporting account managers in meeting deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support account managers in preparing client communications, including weekly WIP meetings
  • Develop knowledge of API technology platforms for the account management department
  • Assist with day-to-day items such as scheduling acknowledgements, over max caps and relocations
  • Maintain spreadsheets and update databases with information
Requirements:Education and Experience:
  • High school diploma required; minimum 1 year experience in travel industry
  • Strong computer skills, especially in Microsoft Office products (Excel)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
