Job Title: Retail Assistant

We are seeking a passionate and engaging Retail Assistant to join our OPSM team in West Lakes. As a Retail Assistant, you will be involved in the customer's journey from initial consult and pre-testing, to customising High-Fashion frames to suit their lifestyle.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a seamless shopping experience
  • Assist customers in selecting the perfect frames and lenses to meet their needs
  • Customise frames to suit individual styles and preferences
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
