Job Overview

The ITS Supervisor role plays a pivotal part in the delivery of profitable projects that meet stringent standards for time, cost, quality, and compliance.

This position demands a strong commitment to driving high-performance outcomes, providing technical expertise across TS/ITS/Street Lighting systems, and supporting training during service delivery.

  • Develop and manage operational rosters to optimize team performance
  • Implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive performance improvement
  • Coordinate emergency response procedures and resolve non-conformances effectively
  • E nsure site WHS requirements align with organizational policies
  • Oversee site inspections, testing, and environmental protection activities to maintain high standards
  • F acilitate training to enhance team capability and awareness
  • Participate in on-call and relief service duties to ensure seamless operations
About You
  • Necessary qualifications include NSW Electrical Licence
  • Demonstrated experience working with ITS, traffic signals, and street lighting systems is required
  • Strong leadership skills are essential – previous supervisory experience with large teams and subcontractors
  • Expertise in maintenance, design, and asset analysis of ITS systems is highly valued
  • Proficiency in testing, commissioning, and fault-finding of ITS equipment is necessary
  • Computerized asset and management systems should be familiar to you

A successful candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, a deep understanding of ITS systems, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
