We are seeking a strategic thinker with a passion for risk management to join our highly regarded Risk team.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the ongoing development and embedding of an Enterprise Risk Management Framework, including a Risk Appetite Statement and divisional and enterprise risk registers.
  • Facilitate engaging workshops, training and scenario-based planning sessions across all business functions.
  • Prepare and deliver clear, actionable risk reporting and insights to key stakeholders, including Executive Leadership Teams and Boards.
  • In partnership with external consultants, oversee the design and implementation of a whole-of-business Business Resilience Framework, encompassing business continuity and crisis management planning.
  • Champion a culture of risk awareness and resilience by delivering tailored training and effective communication across the organisation.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 5 years' relevant experience, with at least 3 years ideally in enterprise risk management or within a Big 4 consulting firm.
  • A tertiary qualification in Business, Commerce, Law, Risk, or a related discipline.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage, influence and build rapport with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated analytical thinking and problem-solving ability, with sound business judgment.
  • A high level of integrity, adaptability and a results-driven mindset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including report and business writing.
