Role Description

We are seeking an accomplished Early Childhood Education Director to oversee the daily operations of our learning centres.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in leading and mentoring educators, with a focus on implementing best practice in education and care. They will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-quality programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).

In this role, you will work closely with our team to achieve common goals, ensuring that our centre remains a leader in providing innovative and sustainable learning environments. If you possess strong leadership skills, experience in mentoring educators, and knowledge of early years theories, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive programs using the EYLF and NQS
  • Mentor educators to meet high standards of curriculum and documentation

Requirements
  • A relevant Diploma/Bachelor qualification
  • A valid Working with Children's Check
  • Anaphylaxis, Asthma, CPR, and First Aid Certificates or willingness to obtain one
  • Child Protection Training or willingness to obtain one
