About the Role

At TE Connectivity, we are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Marketing Business Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our sales operations team, you will play a critical role in preparing and presenting sales data, reports, and presentations to support business growth and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct annual contract reviews and price list reviews to ensure alignment with sales team strategies.
  • Provide pricing support in SAP, ensuring accurate and timely approvals.
  • Prepare and submit quotations across multiple channels, including utility, distribution, and industrial.
  • Develop and maintain dashboard reporting to track movements in margins across segments, customers, and products.
  • Prepare reports on sales results and trends to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop relevant dashboards and analytics to provide insights into sales team performance and identify areas for focus and prioritization.
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualification in Commerce, Finance, or a business-related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, with prior CRM experience and knowledge of SAP, Tableau, and Salesforce.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and strong commercial analytical reporting and data presentation abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships with key stakeholders.
