Cloud Architect Opportunity

Location: Perth, Western Australia | Type: Long-term Contract

The Role

We seek a seasoned Cloud Solutions Architect to help shape the future of our Azure environment.

This role is designed to strengthen cloud capability, modernise existing infrastructure, and ensure a balanced approach between on-premises and cloud platforms.

You will work closely with technology leadership and senior stakeholders, advising on architecture, integration pathways, and security frameworks.

The role involves Azure remediation, optimisation, and design work, alongside guiding business leaders on best-practice approaches for cloud adoption, identity and access management, SOC, and resilience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver Azure solutions with a focus on scalability, availability, and security.
  • Provide guidance on hybrid environments, balancing cloud adoption with on-prem requirements.
  • Work with stakeholders to integrate cloud solutions into existing systems and processes.
  • Advise on security, compliance, and governance requirements across IT and OT systems.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure Azure supports business growth and operational resilience.
About You

As a qualified Solutions or Cloud Architect, you will bring at least 5 years' experience in a similar role, ideally with strong consulting and stakeholder management skills.

You should be confident designing Azure platforms, advising on infrastructure optimisation, and ensuring compliance with frameworks such as NIST and ISO27001.

Industry experience in transport, logistics, or infrastructure is valued but not essential.
