Responsibilities
  • Customer Centricity - Gather and apply customer insights to align technical solutions with business outcomes.
  • Act as the voice of the customer to internal teams, sharing feedback and influencing product direction.
  • Support customer skilling and readiness by facilitating technical discussions and best practices.
  • Technical Leadership - Deliver architectural guidance across Azure Data Services, including Azure SQL, Cosmos DB, Synapse, and Microsoft Fabric.
  • Lead design sessions and proof-of-concepts to demonstrate solution value.
  • Collaborate with engineering and partner teams to close capability gaps and accelerate deployments.
  • Business Impact - Drive usage milestones aligned with MCEM stages 4–5.
  • Contribute to pipeline creation and expansion through technical enablement and solution delivery.
  • Maintain operational excellence through rigorous documentation and time tracking.
Qualifications
  • Required: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in data architecture, cloud solutions, or consulting.
  • Proficiency in Azure Data Services and modern data platforms.
  • Strong communication and customer engagement skills.
  • Preferred: Certifications such as Azure Data Scientist Associate (DP-100), Azure Database Administrator Associate (DP-300), Fabric Analytics Engineer Associate (DP-600).
  • Experience with Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, and AI-driven analytics.
  • Familiarity with CAF/WAF, data governance, and security best practices.
