Web3 Project Leadership

We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager to drive the successful delivery of complex Web3 software projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing project planning and execution, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and informed throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate effective communication and ensure seamless project execution.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and provide regular updates on project progress.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, and develop contingency plans to ensure project success.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in managing large-scale IT projects, with a focus on Agile methodologies.
  • Strong understanding of SDLC, project scoping, and delivery lifecycles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent experience.
  • Relevant certifications, such as PMP or Prince2.
