Airport Project and Administrative Support Role

As a key member of our airport administration team, you will work closely with senior staff to ensure smooth operations across administrative functions, procurement, tendering, lease management, and project support.

This is an opportunity for a highly skilled administrator to use their skills in a dynamic environment and take on new challenges.

The successful candidate will be responsible for administering capital projects from initiation to completion, developing and maintaining accurate records, reports, and databases using Microsoft Excel, coordinating procurement processes, tenders, and lease agreements, and providing project support and assistance to the manager airport and senior airport administration officer.

Key responsibilities include:

Requirements for this role include:

  • Results-orientation, including meeting deadlines for project outputs, reports, and data.
