Key Responsibilities
  • Support the implementation of the customer experience strategy for the client portfolio
  • Deliver on our commitment to providing first-class services to the customer
  • Ensure that we deliver a bespoke guest experience across every aspect of the customer journey
  • Engage and collaborate with developers, designers, and external agencies for various events, programs, and partnerships
  • Encourage the team to support a customer-centric approach to management of the account
Requirements
  • Knowledge and application of communications and marketing strategies within the property industry is an advantage
  • Impeccable standards of professionalism and a commitment to guest service
  • Marketing, Brand, and Communications experience is ideal
  • Events Management and Social Media experience is an advantage
  • The ability to build robust working relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Experience collaborating with and influencing senior leaders and cross-functional partners
  • The capacity to work autonomously to deliver results and work across multiple projects simultaneously
