Job Overview:

This senior leadership role oversees the production team and ensures seamless day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain quality standards and ensure compliance with organisational policies and procedures
  • Supervise and mentor production personnel to achieve goals and objectives
  • Monitor production equipment and efficiencies
  • Collaborate with the Production Manager to oversee daily operations
  • Identify areas for improved processes and cost savings
  • Maintain general cleaning standards on site

Requirements:

  • Demonstrable experience in a similar food manufacturing role
  • Strong knowledge and experience of HACCP & OHS
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
  • Demonstrable experience with Process & Packaging Machinery
  • Proven ability to lead teams successfully
  • Forklift license

Working Conditions:

This role requires regular attendance at work and adherence to company policies and procedures.
