Emergency Medicine Specialist Role

We are seeking a skilled Emergency Medicine Consultant to join our dynamic team in a regional hospital in Western Australia. As an Emergency Medicine Consultant, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver excellent healthcare outcomes.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing emergency medical care to patients of all ages and backgrounds;
  • Working closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care;
  • Participating in regular clinical audits and quality improvement initiatives;
  • Maintaining accurate records and contributing to the development of clinical policies and procedures;

Requirements:

  • Be registered as a medical practitioner with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA);
  • Hold a Fellowship of the Australasian College for Emergency Medicine (FACEM) or equivalent;
  • Have relevant experience in emergency medicine, preferably in a regional setting;
  • Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment;
