Key Responsibilities:- Manage a team of Occupational Therapists and provide clinical supervision to ensure the delivery of high-quality services.
- Develop and implement programs to improve the clinical skills of the team.
- Provide mentoring and leadership to the team to achieve business objectives.
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to develop holistic therapy plans.
- Provide direct community, school-based, and home-based intervention and support programs.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications and AHPRA registration.
- Relevant clinical and managerial experience.
- 2 years experience in Occupational Therapy (Preferred).
- Previous experience in mentoring, supporting, and supervising a team, preferably in a billable environment.
- Must live and have eligibility to work in Australia.
