Job Title: Youth Case Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and empathetic Youth Case Manager to join our team at VERTO. As a Youth Case Manager, you will play a vital role in supporting young people aged 15-24 to achieve their employment and education goals.

About the Role:
  • Build strong relationships with young people and provide individualized support to help them overcome barriers to employment and education.
  • Work collaboratively with employers, stakeholders, and team members to identify job opportunities and provide pre-employment support to young people.
  • Develop and implement personalized plans to help young people achieve their goals and overcome challenges.
  • Provide guidance and support to young people to help them develop practical skills, build confidence, and connect with local job opportunities and community services.
