Meat Management Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled professional to oversee the development of our butchery department. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities and have experience in developing others in a positive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a passionate and creative butchery team that delivers exceptional customer service standards
  • Stay at the forefront of butchery techniques and skills, ensuring continuous improvement and innovation
  • Train and supervise butchery staff, including demonstrating specific skills and providing guidance on cooking procedures
  • Participate in business planning meetings with management and directors

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a managerial or head chef role within the meat industry
  • Certificate III in Meat Processing (Retail Butcher) or hospitality trade equivalent
  • Valid work authorization for Australia (essential)
