ERP Finance Data Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead the finance data migration program for an ERP modernisation project. The ideal candidate will have experience in driving the delivery of large-scale data migrations and have a deep understanding of finance processes and related data structures.

  • Define and implement the finance data migration strategy aligned with the overall program roadmap.
  • Oversee the end-to-end finance data migration process, including extraction, transformation, validation, and load (ETVL).
  • Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to understand current data structures, reporting requirements, and pain points.
  • Manage and validate data loads into S/4HANA using SAP tools.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • 7+ years of experience leading data migration for ERP systems.
  • Proven experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations or migrations.
  • Deep understanding of finance processes (GL, AP, AR, Assets, Controlling) and related data structures.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Experience with data migration tools and technologies (e.g., SAP Data Services, SAP Migration Cockpit, LSMW).
