ERP Finance Lead

This is a full-time, 24-month contract role which offers the opportunity to lead the implementation of a new ERP platform and digital solutions for the Paspaley Group.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the ERP program domain for finance for Group and Retail divisions
• Coordinate engagement between the ERP core team and finance teams
• Manage the ERP business case
• Co-design business processes, functionality and data architecture for the new ERP platform
• Create and review ERP program artefacts
• Act as an advocate for change management
• Support quality assurance and testing

What We're Looking For:

• Deep familiarity with financial operations across budgeting, AR/AP, financial reporting and consolidation of group companies with international operations
• 10+ years of experience in business process, functional and data capability analysis and design
• Experience in retail, specifically luxury goods is of advantage
• Prior experience in ERP and related solution implementation is of advantage
• Hands-on experience with process improvement methodologies (e.g. Lean, Six Sigma), project management tools (e.g. JIRA) and agile ways of working (e.g. SCRUM)
• Bachelor's degree in finance/accounting, business/management, IT, engineering, science, or a related field
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to build relationships and drive successful change management
