Administration & Payroll Expert

As a Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the integrity of payroll processes and providing support to the HR team.
The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication skills in both written and oral formats, and experience in maintaining payroll systems and reports.
- Supporting Senior Payroll Officer in all aspects of payroll processing.
- Receiving and resolving payroll-related queries.
- Maintaining payroll systems, including setting up new employees and producing payroll reports.
You will also provide administrative support to the HR team, including maintaining staff personnel records, preparing onboarding documents, arranging pre-employment medicals, and generating onboarding checklists and documentation.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Minimum 2 years' experience in payroll within a medium-sized organisation.
- Certificate III or IV in Payroll or HR Management.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
