We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Full Time Sales Assistant in our Night Fill Team Member role.

About the Role:

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, has a passion for great customer service, and is looking to develop their skills in a fast-paced retail environment. As a Full Time Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and contributing to the overall success of our store.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring customers feel valued and supported in their shopping experience.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge, including information on promotions, products, and services offered by Woolworths.
  • Contribute to achieving sales targets through effective merchandising, display maintenance, and stock management.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve store goals, including visual merchandising, store displays, and inventory control.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

Salary and Benefits:

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of around $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a generous salary, we offer a range of benefits, including:
