Senior Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a visionary leader to drive organisational growth and transformation. Reporting directly to the Board, you will oversee all areas of operations, governance and compliance.

The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing our strategic plan, strengthening operations and driving high-quality service delivery aligned with our mission and values.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead implementation of the strategic plan and drive high-quality service delivery.
  • Oversee all areas of the organisation's operations, governance and compliance.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders, clients and the broader community.
Qualifications
  • Inspiring, values-driven leader with significant executive experience in disability or community services.
  • Strong commerciality, strategic thinking, governance capability and financial acumen.
  • Ability to lead change, empower teams and build collaborative partnerships.
