About the Role

As a strategic leader, you will oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion, quality standards, and adherence to our rigorous HSE protocols. This pivotal position demands strong customer service skills, enabling effective communication with major clients.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing project delivery phases in accordance with valid contracts
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with clients, resolving project-related issues, and negotiating critical matters
  • Planning and optimizing project resources to meet time and budget parameters
  • Coordinating production schedules for timely reinforcement delivery to project sites
  • Preparing regular reports on project status, including financial performance, progress, technical, and commercial aspects
  • Conducting root cause analyses and providing feedback for error rectification and process improvements
  • Offering alternative solutions tailored to project needs
  • Identifying opportunities to sell non-core products and services profitably
  • Monitoring and mitigating project risks while adhering to WHS policies and procedures

To excel in this role, you will require:

  • A degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management or a related field within the construction industry
  • Demonstrated contract management expertise
  • Strong commercial acumen and experience forecasting and controlling project budgets
  • Advanced knowledge of reinforcement drawings and interpretation skills
  • Familiarity with Australian Standards and key construction techniques
  • Exceptional reasoning and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to work on multidisciplinary projects
