Key Responsibilities
  • Design and maintain infrastructure automation using Ansible and Ansible Tower for seamless deployment and management of resources.
  • Ensure security and compliance of Linux-based environments, with a focus on RedHat Enterprise Linux for robust performance.
  • Implement and maintain container tools such as Harbor, Docker-Compose, and Docker CLI for streamlined workflow and collaboration.
  • Develop and maintain automation scripts using Python and Bash for efficient troubleshooting and resolution of complex issues.
Requirements
  • Recent experience in on-premise infrastructure environments is preferred over cloud-only experience for hands-on expertise.
  • Extensive hands-on experience with RedHat Linux systems ensures proficiency in system administration.
  • Deep understanding of containerization and orchestration, particularly Docker and Kubernetes, drives innovation and improvement.
  • Proven skills in automation and configuration management using Ansible and Ansible Tower guarantee efficient resource utilization.
  • Scripting proficiency in Python and Bash enables rapid development and troubleshooting of automation scripts.
  • Solid grasp of networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, UDP, ICMP, MAC, IP packets, DNS, etc. underpins successful implementation.
Nice to Have
  • Familiarity with tools such as Dynatrace, Forgerock, or Elastic/Kibana enhances productivity and collaboration.
  • Understanding of DevSecOps principles and secure container practices ensures adherence to industry standards.
