Job Title: Infrastructure Specialist

The Infrastructure Specialist will work on a range of complex projects, transformations, data migrations, and other initiatives. They will utilise various technologies including Oracle, Microsoft Power Platform, Virtual Desktop infrastructure, and Cloud technology.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Designing, implementing, and maintaining IT infrastructure, including physical and virtual servers, networks, storage, and cloud environments.
  • Ensuring reliability, security, and performance of the infrastructure to support business operations.
  • Designing and implementing new infrastructure components or solutions, including hardware, software, and cloud services.
  • Troubleshooting issues, performing routine maintenance tasks, and ensuring the smooth operation of existing infrastructure.
  • Monitoring and optimising infrastructure performance, identifying potential problems, and optimising systems for efficiency and performance.
  • Implementing and maintaining security measures to protect infrastructure from cyber threats and unauthorized access.
  • Creating and maintaining documentation for infrastructure components, configurations, and procedures.
