Midwifery Program Overview
The work-integrated learning model in our Post Graduate midwifery program allows staff to balance online study and face-to-face classes with supervised clinical practice. This mix of theoretical and practical learning is designed to maximise your knowledge application in real-world settings.
To be successful in this program, you will need to demonstrate a range of skills and qualifications, including strong communication and teamwork abilities. You should also be able to apply your knowledge confidently in a variety of contexts.

This 2-year fixed term contract includes a 48 hour fortnightly rostered shift commitment and 16 hours per fortnight paid placement opportunity. The program is open to currently practicing Registered Nurses who are looking to develop their skills and expertise in midwifery.
