Our practice seeks a skilled Medical Support Specialist to provide exceptional patient care and administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide warm and professional reception services to patients and visitors.

- Process billing, including Medicare and private health insurance claims, in a timely manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area, ensuring a positive environment for staff and patients.

- Perform general administrative duties, such as filing, scanning, and data entry, with attention to detail.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a medical or administrative role is preferred.
- Proficiency in medical software, such as Best Practice or MedicalDirector, is essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are necessary for success in this position.
