About the Role:
- You will be responsible for managing banking functions, ensuring seamless credit control operations, and maintaining excellent customer relationships.
- Your strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills will enable you to effectively resolve debtor issues and negotiate successful debt collection outcomes.
- You will work closely with our team to implement process improvements and optimize efficiency within our finance department.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in similar roles, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Diploma in Accounting is essential, while a Bachelor's degree in a business or finance-related discipline is desirable.
- Specific qualifications or experience in credit control, as well as knowledge of the aged care industry and regulations, are highly desirable.
- You must possess excellent attention to detail, quality focus, and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
