**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a seasoned Financial Intelligence Specialist to join our team in Sydney.

This role will involve monitoring and analyzing cashiering activities of clients in accordance with our anti-money laundering (AML) and combating the financing of terrorism (CTF) policy.

The ideal candidate will be hard-working, detail-oriented, and a problem solver with high energy and the ability to learn new skills quickly.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and analyze cashiering transactions by clients in the Asia Pacific region
  • Communicate with clients on monitoring and surveillance-related matters
  • Review and provide suggestions to enhance existing surveillance systems/reports
  • Manage projects to build and implement approved enhancements and changes required due to regulatory updates
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in market conduct, AML, and other related regulations

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Familiarity with AML/CTF rules and regulations
  • Experience in dealing with exchange and regulatory enquiries
  • Good communication skills and client service experience
  • Good quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Solid academic background with relevant qualifications
  • Knowledge of AI and machine learning would be advantageous
