Responsibilities

  • Frame Styling Specialist: Help customers select the ideal lens types for their prescription and take precise measurements for a perfect fit.
  • Quality Control Expert: Perform thorough checks and adjustments to spectacles, ensuring everything meets our high standards.
  • Customer Service Champion: Deliver exceptional customer service and stay up-to-date on promotions and products, confidently explaining contact lens specs and suitability.
