Workshop Supervisor

This is a dynamic leadership role within the Cummins Inc. team, based in Darwin. As a Workshop Supervisor for engine products, you will oversee all types of engine applications from trucks to high-horsepower engines.
About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to lead our workshop team in providing exceptional service to customers. The successful candidate will have advanced knowledge of and/or experience with engine products, preferably in a supervisory or technical advisory capacity.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of successfully managing teams and achieving results.
Responsibilities- Supervise and coach a team of technicians to ensure efficient and effective product repairs and maintenance
- Develop and implement procedures to improve productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction
- Provide expert advice on complex technical issues and coach less experienced technicians
- Maintain accurate records and documentation, including work completed documents, time sheets, and warranty claims
- Advanced level knowledge of and/or experience with engine products
- Experience providing technical advice and coaching to more junior technicians (preferred)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
