Konekt is a national provider with diverse career progression opportunities. We are looking for rehabilitation consultants to join our team in Darwin.
Job DescriptionWe make a difference by helping Australians return to work and be well when at work, maximising workforce participation. Our team of rehabilitation consultants works with Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Exercise Physiologists, Psychologists, Rehab Counsellors or Social Workers to develop and deliver culturally appropriate programs and services for First Nations clients.
Main Responsibilities:- Evaluate treatment and/or rehabilitation needs of workers who have been involved in a work-related or non-work-related injury or illness.
- Help clients identify future employment or training options by reviewing their transferable skills, qualifications and interests.
- Perform various assessments depending on clinical expertise, including functional capacity evaluations, worksite, ergonomic or activities of daily living assessments.
- Responsible for effective case management to plan, coordinate and monitor client progress toward their return to work goal.
- Engage with key stakeholders and build strong relationships to facilitate achievement of business objectives.
