Client Care Specialist Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to provide exceptional client experience and support as a Client Care Specialist at our veterinary service.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Customer Experience: Provide friendly and welcoming service to clients, ensuring they have a memorable experience with us.
  2. Communication: Ensure clear and timely communication between clients and the veterinary and nursing teams.
  3. Clinic Maintenance: Maintain the public areas of the clinic in a clean, tidy, and aesthetically pleasing state.
  4. Financial Management: Manage client payments and financial transactions.
  5. Animal Care Advice: Provide basic animal care advice on parasite protection, nutrition, vaccination, and other general health matters.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bubbly and outgoing personality with a love for animals.
  • Experience in a customer care or administrative role.
  • Working knowledge of Windows-based software programs.
