Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and commercially astute Senior Family Law Practitioner to work within a supportive, high-performing team handling complex and meaningful work.

The successful candidate will manage a broad range of family law matters, including:

  • Advising and representing clients in relation to separation, divorce, and parenting arrangements
  • Managing property and financial settlement matters, including spousal maintenance
  • Preparing and negotiating binding financial agreements and child support agreements
  • Appearing at court hearings and managing litigation where necessary
  • Assisting with dispute resolution through mediation and other non-court-based processes
  • Drafting court documents, affidavits, and legal correspondence
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues, clients, and external professionals
  • Maintaining accurate file management and ensuring compliance with relevant legal and ethical standards

Candidates should have:

  • A minimum of 3 years PAE in Family Law
  • Demonstrated ability to manage files independently and handle complex matters
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and technical legal skills
  • A proactive approach to client service and relationship building
  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • An interest in professional growth, development, and business engagement
