We are seeking a skilled Data Insights Strategist to join our team at TPG Telecom. In this role, you will play a crucial part in harnessing Vodafone's customer data to identify commercial growth opportunities.

This position offers a unique chance to shape the future of TPG customers and contribute to key business decisions. As a Data Insights Strategist, you will work with various stakeholders across the business to analyze complex datasets, reveal trends, and correlations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Analyzing large, complex datasets to reveal insights and trends
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to gather valuable information about competitor and market behavior
  • Examining customer behavior using internal datasets
  • Developing machine learning techniques to model customer behavior and preferences
  • Forecasting key trends and predicting future events using historical data and statistical frameworks
  • Staying up-to-date with industry knowledge on data analytics and leveraging it into daily work
  • Supporting junior members in the team and coaching them on data interrogation and analysis
  • Investigating product performance and translating insights into actionable suggestions for improvement

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Experience in solving large analytical problems using statistical and predictive models
  • Strong skills in handling large datasets, understanding data structures, and testing data quality
  • Proficiency in SQL database interrogation and solid programming skills (e.g., Python)
  • A good team working attitude and ability to work proactively under own initiative in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills and ability to advise and manage projects autonomously

In return, we offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits including flexible hybrid working, access to a free mobile plan, and additional leave days.
