Develop your career in digital marketing with our agency environment, where you'll work directly with clients to deliver high-performing campaigns.

This role is perfect for someone looking to accelerate their growth in marketing and/or digital. With 2-3 years of hands-on digital marketing experience, you'll be responsible for driving forward digital strategies, project managing client work, and building trusted partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Engagement & Relationships:
    • Manage a portfolio of 8-15 clients across various industries
    • Build strong relationships with key client contacts
    • Deliver presentations and provide digital recommendations
    • Adapt service delivery to align with client goals
    • Create documents, briefs, and proposals
  • Project Management & Team Coordination:
    • Lead client communication and team coordination
    • Work closely with internal teams to support digital activity
    • Ensure team meets deadlines and work is of high quality
    • Keep team updated on key priorities
  • Marketing Strategy & Execution:
    • Develop digital strategies and tactics
    • Plan and project manage campaigns
    • Monitor campaign performance and create customised reports
    • Support delivery of digital activities
Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualification in a relevant field (business, marketing, economics, communication or advertising)
  • Understanding of business and marketing to develop digital marketing strategies
  • Experience in client/customer service and relationship management
  • Natural people person with exceptional communication skills
  • Collaborative attitude with ability to provide and receive feedback
  • Able to present professionally and confidently during meetings or pitches
  • Proactive and self-directed with a strong sense of accountability
  • Exceptional written and verbal communicator
