Job Overview:
Our servers provide top-notch customer service, ensuring guest satisfaction by:
- Welcome guests into the restaurant
- Provide menu recommendations based on seasonal offerings
- Taking food and beverage orders with ease
- Delivering food and beverages to tables efficiently
- Clearing tables promptly
Requirements:
- Flexible availability, particularly during weekdays and weekend shifts
- A current RSA certificate is required for this role
- Outgoing, enthusiastic individuals with excellent customer service & communication skills are ideal
- Experience in a similar role at a fast-paced restaurant environment is advantageous
- A basic understanding of POS ordering systems and cash handling is beneficial
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
