We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic cafe staff member to join our team. As a key part of our onsite cafe, you will have the opportunity to delight our residents, guests and staff with a delicious cup of coffee or meal.

**About the Role**

This is a casual position working in various days and times, including weekends and public holidays. You will provide exceptional food and beverage service, work the till, manage stock, and adhere to food safety standards.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Prepare and serve high-quality food and beverages in a fast-paced environment
- Maintain a clean and safe workspace, adhering to food safety standards
- Provide outstanding customer service and build meaningful connections with regulars and visitors
- Work effectively as part of a small team to achieve sales targets and promote a welcoming atmosphere at the village

**Requirements**

To succeed in this role, you will have:

- Previous experience as a Barista in a busy cafe environment
- Outstanding communication and customer service skills with the ability to multitask
- Experience working in a hospitality environment, minimum food safety certificate required
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers and colleagues alike
- Reliable, professional and proactive nature
