Senior Insurance Due Diligence Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Insurance Due Diligence Specialist to join our team at AU002 Marsh Pty Ltd_AU. As a key member of our Private Equity and Mergers & Acquisitions practice, you will be responsible for driving our business forward and delivering exceptional results for our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Lead insurance due diligence engagements for private equity, corporate, and financial institution clients
- Coordinate the services of various Marsh practices to bring the best of Marsh to our clients
- Utilize your insurance expertise to advise clients on risks and insurance matters related to acquisitions, divestments, PPPs, and project financing activities
- Contribute to the growth of the Marsh brand within the Australian and New Zealand market
- Mentor and coach junior staff members
- Develop and nurture relationships with private equity firms, law firms, accounting firms, investment banks, and financial institutions
- Respond to RFPs and stay up-to-date with changing risk and insurance market conditions
- Experience in insurance broking and account management for corporate and/or global accounts
- Prior experience in a Due Diligence role or demonstrated experience with clients considering M&A in an insurance broking context
- Strong relationship-building skills and ability to work independently
- Proficiency in MS-Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
