Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will have advanced nursing practice within their specialty area, as well as effective interpersonal and communication skills. They will be able to analyse and problem solve, ensuring that they deliver high-quality education sessions using a variety of strategies.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement clinical learning and development programs for Nursing staff
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs and design relevant educational initiatives
- Facilitate clinical competencies, teaching, and developing the capacity of the workforce at unit level
- Valid working visa or Australian citizenship/permanent resident status
- Relevant experience in delivering clinical care and using clinical skills
- Ability to work independently in a team environment and use high levels of initiative
