Audika is a world-leading hearing healthcare provider with over 200 clinics across Australia, delivering expert solutions and services to individuals with hearing loss. As a Clinic Coordinator, you will be instrumental in enhancing customer experiences and contributing to the success of our clinics.

Working closely with Clinicians and Hearing Technicians, you will provide high-quality hearing health care outcomes for all clients. Your key responsibilities will include collaborating with our clinical teams to ensure seamless service delivery, supporting clinic performance, and applying tailored client-specific sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Clinicians and Hearing Technicians to deliver exceptional hearing health care outcomes for clients.
  • Support clinic operations and enhance customer satisfaction as a Clinic Coordinator.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in sales and customer service, preferably within retail, hearing care services, pharmacy, or allied health environments.
  • Previous experience working with older demographics is highly desirable.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills and empathy are essential for supporting clients throughout their hearing journey.
  • Higher School Certificate (HSC) or TAFE qualification is required.
