Job Description

Our production team is seeking skilled individuals to join our manufacturing operation.

We power the circular economy by closing the loop between packaging, remanufacturing and recycling. Materials are not recycled until they've been made into new products.

Recyclable materials like paper, cardboard, glass, plastics and metals are collected and sorted from households and businesses, and locally remanufactured back into new, sustainable packaging.

Opportunities exist for Production Workers to work on a permanent full-time basis in a busy plant environment, reporting to the Shift Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to a safe working environment for yourself and colleagues.
  • Operate production machines and equipment for the manufacture of cardboard packaging.
  • Assist with job changes and associated tasks.
  • Perform quality inspection checks and procedural checks to ensure the best quality is delivered to customers.
  • Participate in housekeeping duties and other ad hoc tasks required as part of a site production team.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Essential Requirements:

  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced dynamic manufacturing environment.
  • Fitness and health.
  • Strong interpersonal skills (clear communication, self-confidence, teamwork and collaboration).
  • Able to work under pressure and display a good eye for detail particularly in quality control.
  • Performance driven, adaptable to changes in the workplace and keen to learn new skills, processes, and procedures.
  • Prior experience working within a manufacturing environment and hands-on experience operating machines.

Preferred Requirements:

  • Previous experience in quality control or a related field.
  • Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures.
