Senior Software Developer: Legal Intelligence

The Role
We're seeking a Software Engineer who's eager to build end-to-end features that truly impact lawyers. You'll work across the stack, own major architectural decisions, and help scale our systems to process large amounts of data quickly.
You'll collaborate with experts to shape products from idea to impact. Your success will be measured by how much better you make our users' lives. Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Shipping production-ready systems in fast-moving environments
- Scaling intelligently – improving performance, reliability, and throughput as our user base grows rapidly
- Designing novel solutions with experts to tackle complex workflows
- Leveling up the team – shaping engineering culture, processes, and technical direction
Requirements
We're looking for someone with a proven track record of shipping production-ready systems, ideally in fast-paced environments. You should have strong coding ability in Python and TypeScript (or similar), with familiarity across cloud platforms like Azure and AWS. A bias for action and experience with LLMs, ML, or large-scale infrastructure are also valuable assets.
