We are seeking experienced and service-focused Room Attendants to join our team at LUXXE Outsourced Hotel Services. As a key member of our Housekeeping team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of cleanliness and comfort for our guests.
Key Responsibilities- Clean and maintain guest rooms, including replenishing amenities and ensuring all equipment is in good working order.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest requests and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Work collaboratively with the Housekeeping Supervisor/Manager to ensure seamless operations and maintain high standards of quality.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge in hotel housekeeping and customer service.
- Proven track record of room servicing experience in a hotel or hospitality environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues.
- Ability to work a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays, with a minimum of 4 days availability per week.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, with a positive and enthusiastic attitude.
