Heating Systems Specialist

You will be responsible for installing, maintaining and repairing heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems. This is a key role in ensuring that our guests enjoy a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install and maintain all types of HVAC systems including air conditioning units, refrigeration equipment and ventilation systems.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC issues identifying and repairing faulty components promptly to minimize guest disruptions.
  • Keep accurate records of all maintenance and repair work performed.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in general building maintenance, engineering and/or construction.
  • Trade qualifications preferred.
  • Previous experience working in hotel/resort/hospitality settings is highly desirable.
