Senior Brand Manager Position

A strategic leadership role in brand development and advertising management, requiring a minimum of 5 years of experience in the field.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive advertising strategies to optimize campaign performance and drive business growth. Conduct market research to identify target audiences, consumer behavior, and emerging trends.
  2. Campaign Execution: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, execute, and monitor advertising campaigns across various platforms, including social media, email marketing, and print. Ensure alignment with overall brand strategy and maintain consistent brand voice and image.
  3. Team Leadership: Provide guidance and support to franchise store managers and staff on best practices in advertising, digital marketing, and design tools. Foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning within the team.
  4. Quality Assurance: Oversee the production of high-quality advertising materials, ensuring compliance with legal regulations and industry standards. Monitor and enforce quality standards for all advertising outputs.
  5. Crisis Management: Manage and resolve any issues that arise from advertising activities, including negative feedback, PR crises, or campaign failures. Develop contingency plans to address potential risks and ensure a swift and effective response to challenges.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Advanced diploma in advertising, marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as Advertising, Marketing or Brand Manager.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in the E-commerce industry is essential.
  • Proficient in social media platforms, SEO/SEM, data analytics.
