Assistant Manager Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to join our team. As a key member of the management team, you will be responsible for supporting the Publican in maintaining a high level of service and ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Support the Publican to maintain a great vibe and ensure the hotel runs smoothly and safely
  • Lead a team of hospitality professionals and provide guidance and support as needed
  • Handle day-to-day operations, including managing staff, inventory, and finances
  • Develop Strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
About You:
  • You have experience in a similar role and possess excellent leadership and communication skills
  • You are able to work well under pressure and make sound decisions quickly
  • You have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and leading a team to achieve great results
