Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced test manager to drive testing activities within a major Defence ICT program.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To lead and manage testing activities, define strategies, and deliver high-quality outcomes in a secure, complex environment.
  • To oversee test planning, execution, and reporting at the program level, ensuring effective test coverage, quality assurance, and risk management.
Requirements:
  • A strong background in test management on large-scale Defence programs.
  • The ability to provide leadership in testing and deliver results within tight deadlines.
  • An understanding of testing frameworks, assurance processes, and quality governance.
  • Experience with automated test frameworks and API testing.
  • An ability to manage the entire test lifecycle, from planning to execution and defect management.
  • Previous experience working above the line in Defence is highly desirable.
  • The ability to lead teams, vendors, and stakeholders in a complex environment.
  • Familiarity with health insurance systems is advantageous.
  • An NV1 (or higher) clearance is essential for this role.
