Key Roles and Responsibilities

We're seeking a skilled and experienced individual to fill the position of Restaurant Manager.

This role involves overseeing daily restaurant operations, managing staff performance, and ensuring excellent customer service standards are consistently met.

  • Operational Management: Assist with opening and closing procedures, conduct accurate stock takes, and manage inventory according to company guidelines.
  • Staff Management: Hire, train, and develop team members, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
  • Administrative Tasks: Manage staff rosters, maintain personnel files, and ensure all necessary checklists are completed and up-to-date.

Additional responsibilities include maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant, ensuring effective communication among team members, and contributing to a positive and productive work environment.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess 1+ years of proven management experience, advanced communication skills, and a strong work ethic. Additionally, they should have effective time management and productivity qualities, problem-solving and decision-making skills, and display excellent personal hygiene and presentation standards.
